Line Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Overtime on Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (required cGMP assessment)
- Must be able to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in elevated work areas
- Must be a dependable team player with reliable attendance
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
About the Line Worker Role
As a Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform assigned production line duties safely and efficiently
- Follow cGMP, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain production goals while working with minimal supervision
- Follow written procedures and work instructions
- Communicate with the Line Captain as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Wear required PPE based on department assignment
- Support other production areas as needed
