Line Captain Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (must be flexible with start time, overtime, and some Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Line Captain Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience required
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and write in English (testing required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Resume and interview required
About the Line Captain Role
As a Line Captain, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support production line employees to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor production to maintain quality and productivity standards
- Follow and enforce cGMP, safety, and quality procedures
- Communicate work instructions and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure written procedures and work instructions are followed accurately
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining production goals
- Assist with training and supporting production employees
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Report production issues and communicate with leadership as needed
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
