Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.

Production Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled production environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, pack, and stack products throughout the shift.
Must complete required testing, background check, and drug screen.
No felony convictions. Misdemeanors older than 3 years are acceptable except theft or violent charges.
Must arrive before 6:45 AM; doors lock at 6:50 AM with no exceptions.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be willing to work as needed based on daily production needs.

About the Production Associate Role

As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Work on a production line handling a variety of products, including detergents, beauty products, and household items.
Weigh and package detergent pods according to production standards.
Open, assemble, and prepare product boxes for packaging.
Replace products into new boxes and ensure packaging accuracy.
Label products and prepare items for shipment.
Assemble retail display boxes and products.
Seal product bags and prepare finished goods.
Stack and wrap completed boxes onto pallets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
