Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CNC Operator.
CNC Operator Job Details
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium
Location: Franklin, OH

CNC Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Ability to understand and operate CNC machine controls.
- Ability to use and read precision measuring gauges.
- Ability to make tooling offset adjustments to maintain print tolerances.
- Ability to change CNC programs for different part numbers.
- Ability to read CNC programs.
- Basic understanding of CNC terminology, including G & M codes.
- Ability to maintain machine tooling.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull 10–20 lbs.
- Ability to meet production goals.
About the CNC Operator Role
As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Load and unload parts into CNC machines.
- Operate CNC equipment according to production requirements.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure print tolerances are met.
- Make tooling offset adjustments as needed.
- Change CNC programs for different part numbers.
- Read CNC programs to perform part feature corrections when required.
- Maintain machine tooling and equipment.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain production goals while following safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
