Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and work ticket required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to use hand and air tools.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble chemical dispensing equipment using plastic components, hoses, pumps, and dispensers.
- Read and follow bills of materials and work instructions.
- Use hand and air tools to complete product assemblies.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Assemble and prepare parts for production.
- Use tablets and production systems as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory control and production support tasks.
- Report defective parts or production issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
