Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.

Assembler Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Walton, KY

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read shop blueprints and assembly drawings.
Ability to read metric measuring devices, including tape measures and rulers.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable.
Ability to use various hand tools such as wrenches, drivers, and nippers.
Willingness to cross-train in other areas, including machining, piping, and wiring.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.

About the Assembler Role

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Assemble finished machined parts into tooling using assembly drawings.
Build and modify tooling used with production equipment.
Read and follow detailed assembly drawings and blueprints.
Assist with piping, wiring, and cutting materials as needed.
Learn and perform additional skills such as painting, pneumatic circuitry, and simple welding.
Cross-train in other shop areas, including manual mills and drill presses.
Work with team members to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
Identify opportunities to improve work processes and efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
