Crown Staffing is currently hiring a Building Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH! We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping facilities operating smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent schedule with the chance to pick up additional hours and expand their responsibilities.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Additional hours available on Fridays as needed
- Opportunity to earn more hours as you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout commercial facilities
- Clean and maintain building areas to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Complete painting projects, touch-ups, and other facility improvement tasks
- Pick up trash and help maintain outdoor areas around the property
- Assist with basic repairs, troubleshooting, and general upkeep
- Support additional facility maintenance duties as assigned
- Help ensure the building remains clean, functional, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building maintenance, general maintenance, or a related field preferred
- HVAC experience is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repair tasks preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
