Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Refurbishment Technician.
Refurbishment Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Hebron, KY

Pay: $20/hr
Refurbishment Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance or production environment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Moderate computer proficiency, particularly with Google Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electromechanical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to align, fit, and assemble component parts using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Familiarity with electric meters and material-handling equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and consistently use required PPE and safety devices.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
About the Refurbishment Technician Role
As a Refurbishment Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Refurbish, repair, and upgrade electromechanical and mechanical kiosk systems and accessories.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts using hand and power tools.
- Perform repairs and upgrades according to written work instructions.
- Conduct cosmetic quality evaluations of kiosks and accessories.
- Maintain accurate work records for completed refurbishment and repair activities.
- Track and maintain inventory of refurbishment supplies.
- Use electric meters and material-handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company quality, safety, and PPE procedures.
- Support additional refurbishment and production duties as assigned.
