Schedule Information
- Wednesday–Saturday
- 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Day shift
- Schedule may change in 2027
Production Supervisor Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of industry-related experience required
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Current driver’s license required
- Knowledge of industrial-cleaning equipment, tools, PPE, and safety procedures
- Ability to plan work, assign tasks, and supervise field technicians
- Experience evaluating workplace hazards and enforcing safety requirements
- Strong conflict-resolution, coaching, and employee-development skills
- Ability to investigate incidents, injuries, property damage, and near misses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and procedural documents
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Ability to work with PDFs, JPGs, scanners, email, and two-way radios
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to walk extensively, climb stairs and ladders, bend, and squat
- Ability to lift materials weighing more than 50 pounds
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and dependable attendance
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field technicians performing routine and out-of-scope industrial-cleaning operations.
- Maintain responsibility for the quality and safety of work completed by employees and subcontractors.
- Develop task instruction sheets and review safety requirements with the crew.
- Evaluate job hazards and determine the precautions, procedures, and PPE required.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for personnel and equipment.
- Provide employees with the equipment, tools, materials, and supplies needed to complete assignments.
- Train employees on job procedures and approve crew members to perform assigned work.
- Monitor employee performance and provide timely coaching and feedback.
- Counsel employees regarding quality, safety, attendance, and performance concerns.
- Recommend and complete disciplinary action when necessary.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Serve as a liaison between the onsite team, customer, and company management.
- Investigate injuries, illnesses, vehicle incidents, property damage, sentinel events, and near misses.
- Prepare and submit end-of-shift, labor-hour, attendance, and weekend-work reports.
- Provide management with feedback regarding employee performance and staffing needs.
- Recommend equipment purchases, repairs, maintenance, and personnel adjustments.
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Inspect equipment and small tools for safe operating condition.
- Red-tag and remove damaged, broken, or malfunctioning equipment from service.
- Conduct site inspections, safety tours, booth audits, conveyor audits, and other required reviews.
- Perform additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned.
