Schedule Information
- 3rd shift
- 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- 12-hour shifts
Production Associate Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is not required
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 night schedule
- Willingness to rotate between production lines and work areas
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to complete repetitive production and assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain a consistent production pace
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment use
Key Responsibilities
- Remove completed products and parts from production machines.
- Clean parts according to established procedures.
- Assemble products and components as required.
- Inspect parts and finished goods for quality and accuracy.
- Stack completed parts or products in designated areas.
- Move products and materials throughout assigned production areas.
- Rotate between production lines and departments based on operational needs.
- Follow established work instructions and production procedures.
- Maintain a consistent production pace while meeting quality standards.
- Report damaged parts, quality concerns, or equipment problems.
- Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all workplace-safety and company procedures.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
