Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.

Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hr, based on experience
Location: Florence, KY

Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Training in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
  • General knowledge and experience with chemical and/or batch manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with plant operations and equipment, including tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping.
  • Forklift training and operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and complete tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain facility equipment and repair problems as they are identified.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and wiring.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and climate-control systems.
  • Repair broken or leaking plumbing fixtures and systems.
  • Perform carpentry and general building repairs.
  • Inspect the facility and identify potential safety hazards.
  • Complete repairs and maintenance to help prevent future equipment or facility issues.
  • Maintain and repair production equipment, tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Follow established safety policies and encourage safe work practices.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Perform additional maintenance and facility duties as assigned.
