Bilingual HR Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.

- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, and candidates.

About the Bilingual HR Coordinator Role
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Maintain current candidate records and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at career fairs and community events.
- Lead new-hire orientations and support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Process new employee paperwork and enter information accurately into HR systems.
- Coordinate employee training and support compliance with workplace policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days.
- Assist supervisors with employee performance and behavioral concerns.
- Support workplace investigations and document disciplinary actions professionally.
- Promote open communication and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout all HR activities.
- Translate HR materials and communications between English and Spanish.
- Support benefits administration, timekeeping, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
