Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.

Assembler Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM.

Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.50/hr, plus a $2.50/hr second-shift differential.

Location: Florence, KY

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify components.
Experience using hand tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
Ability to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and rework mechanical parts and assemblies.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills, including accessing and sending emails and completing online certifications and tests.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and team members.
Ability to identify and resolve production issues or communicate concerns to the appropriate team.
Must be available to work full-time and reside within commuting distance of Florence, KY.
Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds from floor to knuckle and waist level.
Ability to occasionally lift 25 pounds from floor to shoulder level.
Ability to occasionally carry 50 pounds for at least 100 feet.

About the Assembler Role

As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Assemble components across all product lines according to manufacturing specifications.
Select and use the correct tools and fixtures for assembly tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints to identify components and assembly requirements.
Test assembled products to ensure proper operation and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with product assembly and testing.
Use hand tools and rework techniques to make necessary adjustments.
Operate manufacturing equipment and verify dimensions and tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Create and maintain accurate labor records for all transactions.
Identify production issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team.
Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to support continuous improvement.
