Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Sorting Associate.
Warehouse Sorting Associate Job Details
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Days Off: Wednesday & Saturday
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Florence, KY
Warehouse Sorting Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking candidates required.
- At least 6 months of RF scanner experience required.
- Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to sort and organize products efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment and logistics environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Casual dress permitted.
- No open-toe shoes, pajamas, see-through clothing, or jewelry permitted.
About the Warehouse Sorting Associate Role
As a Warehouse Sorting Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Sort incoming mail and packages accurately.
- Organize products and packages for distribution.
- Prepare mail and packages for the next stage of the fulfillment process.
- Use an RF scanner to process and track items.
- Lift and handle packages weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Verify items are sorted and organized correctly.
- Move products to designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Follow established warehouse, fulfillment, and safety procedures.
