Fulfillment Associate
Location: Brownsburg, IN
Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule Information

  • 2nd Shift
  • 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Fulfillment Associate Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in picking, packing, inbound, and outbound departments
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to cross-train and move between departments as operational needs change
  • Commitment to warehouse and workplace-safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products according to customer orders and warehouse instructions.
  • Verify product numbers and quantities for accuracy.
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and process inbound products.
  • Sort and stage products for outbound shipment.
  • Report damaged products, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory information.
  • Cross-train and work in all warehouse departments as assigned.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Work with team members to meet productivity and order-accuracy goals.
  • Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.
