Forklift Lead Job Details
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Full-time
Pay Rate: $16.50-$22.33/hour

Forklift Lead Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous stand-up forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse leadership or lead experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members using a two-way radio
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach overhead, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
About the Forklift Lead Role
As a Forklift Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead daily warehouse operations to meet production goals
- Communicate daily priorities and assignments to team members
- Operate a stand-up forklift to pull customer orders accurately
- Stack, organize, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Communicate inventory shortages and product discrepancies to management
- Maintain quality and productivity standards throughout the shift
- Promote teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
