Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Crown Staffing – Earth City
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Current Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime Required)
Standard Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary
Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our distribution team in Earth City, MO. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has extensive inventory control experience, recent cherry picker operation, and hands-on experience using ERP and WMS systems.
This position works closely with Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Customer Service to maintain inventory integrity and improve warehouse processes.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- 5+ years of recent Inventory Control experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- 2+ years of recent Cherry Picker experience
- 2+ years of Order Selector experience
- Recent ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience (must be clearly listed on your resume)
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as business needs require

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse systems
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory involving receiving, shipping, production, and transfers
- Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy
- Complete inventory adjustments and location audits
- Support physical inventories and inventory reporting
- Monitor aged inventory, negative inventory, and inventory accuracy
- Work with Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Customer Service to resolve inventory issues
- Identify root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Assist with inventory process improvements and SOP development
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse
Preferred Qualifications
- JD Edwards (JDE) ERP experience
- Manufacturing or production inventory experience
- Inventory audit experience
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
