Warehouse Selector / Equipment Operator Job Details

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM

Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hr

Location: Grove City, OH

Warehouse Selector / Equipment Operator Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Previous warehouse order picking experience required.
Experience operating double-blade electric pallet jacks or ride-on pallet jacks required.
Previous loading experience required.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse scanning equipment required.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to operate voice-directed equipment.
Steel-toed boots required.
Strong and consistent work history, with previous positions lasting at least 9 months.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle materials.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures.
Comfortable working overnight shifts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse team members.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes based on business needs.

About the Warehouse Selector / Equipment Operator Role

As a Warehouse Selector / Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Select and pick warehouse orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate double-blade electric pallet jacks and ride-on pallet jacks.
Use RF scanners and voice-directed warehouse equipment to complete order picking tasks.
Load products and materials according to warehouse procedures.
Move and organize merchandise throughout the facility.
Verify product selections and quantities for accuracy.
Prepare selected merchandise for loading and distribution.
Follow established order picking and loading procedures.
Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Safely operate material-handling equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.
Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
