Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician.
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hr, based on experience

Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Training in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical preferred.
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- General knowledge and experience with chemical and/or batch manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with plant operations and equipment, including tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping.
- Forklift training and operating experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and complete tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain facility equipment and repair problems as they are identified.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and wiring.
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment and climate-control systems.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Perform carpentry and general building repairs.
- Inspect the facility and identify potential safety hazards.
- Complete repairs and maintenance to help prevent future equipment or facility issues.
- Maintain and repair production equipment, tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Follow established safety policies and encourage safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Perform additional maintenance and facility duties as assigned.
