Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver in Moraine, Ohio!
Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible for earlier start times based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Location: Moraine, OH 45439
Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including earlier start times when needed
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history required
- Experience operating a 26-foot box truck preferred
- Basic DOT knowledge required
- Familiarity with DOT card requirements and regulations preferred
- Must successfully pass a drug screen
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles
About the Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver Role
As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Building and staging pallets for outgoing shipments
- Reading and following work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Preparing products for shipment according to company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
- Filling in as a delivery driver for call-offs or additional delivery routes
- Operating a 26-foot box truck to complete deliveries when required
- Ensuring orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management in both English and Spanish
- Supporting daily warehouse operations and productivity goals
