Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Shipping & Warehouse Associate.
Shipping & Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Optional Schedule: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Location: Hilliard, OH

Shipping & Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience operating pallet jacks preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Experience with shipping software or ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Shipping & Warehouse Associate Role
As a Shipping & Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify product serial numbers, SKUs, and shipping information for accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.
