Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Welder.
Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- Basic welding experience required.
- Experience with measuring and working from specifications.
- Ability to safely use welding tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to perform accurate measurements.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments.
- Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.
About the Welder Role
As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform basic welding to build custom window frames.
- Measure materials accurately for fabrication and assembly.
- Weld and assemble window frame components.
- Contribute to the production of custom windows.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Use welding tools and equipment safely.
- Follow established measurements and specifications.
- Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow established workplace safety procedures.
- Perform additional welding and production duties as assigned.
