Maintenance Technician
Winchester, KY
Pay: $27.00–$30.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Overtime and some weekends may be required based on production needs
Maintenance Technician Requirements
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance background
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration
- Experience with bearings, power transmission, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, install conduit, troubleshoot motor controls, and work with three-phase electrical systems
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and ability to size wiring and components for load requirements
- Familiarity with PLC logic and programming changes, Ethernet control systems, VFDs, and automation components
- Ability to use cutting and plasma torches and work with copper, stainless steel, galvanized, and black iron piping
- Ability to supply the hand tools needed for daily work
- Valid Kentucky driver’s license
- Three to five years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Technical degree and electrical license preferred
- Ability to work the scheduled shift, overtime, and occasional weekends
- Must be at least 21 years old and live within 45 miles of the Winchester facility
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document work performed.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and refrigeration issues.
- Repair and adjust equipment to reduce downtime and maintain line efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety and food safety procedures.
- Respond to equipment issues during production and coordinate with team members to complete repairs.
