APRN Requirements

• Current Kentucky APRN license required
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required

About the APRN Role

Crown Staffing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for a growing pediatric primary care practice in Irvine, KY. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with pediatric patients and families in an energetic and patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional pediatric care while providing excellent customer service and support to families. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with no hospital rounds required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations for patients ages 0–18
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Administer and prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Make treatment decisions in partnership with patients and families
• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and preventative care
• Support a positive, compassionate, and efficient patient experience
