Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an NDT Technician.
NDT Technician Job Details
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift positions available; candidates must train on 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, for approximately 6 weeks

NDT Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills required.
- Basic Microsoft Word knowledge.
- Comfortable working with computers and computerized equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to safely work with and around chemicals.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.; most heavier lifts are assisted.
- Ability to walk, climb ladders, and access elevated platforms.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor plant/shop environments.
- Strong communication, focus, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to safely work around production machinery and high noise levels.
- Willingness to wear all required safety equipment.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
About the NDT Technician Role
As an NDT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the cleaning and processing of airplane parts.
- Load and unload airplane parts throughout the cleaning process.
- Work with an automated chemical process where parts are placed into chemical baths.
- Safely handle chemicals and follow established processing procedures.
- Assist with inspection processes to ensure parts meet quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment according to company and customer standards.
- Assist senior technicians and support apprentice-level personnel as needed.
- Work toward and maintain applicable NDT certifications.
- Perform NDT inspections once properly certified.
- Interpret and document inspection results.
- Complete required documentation and computerized tasks.
- Assist with supervisory responsibilities as needed.
- Work at multiple job sites when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
