Schedule: A/B Rotation, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (2 on / 3 off)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to complete quality checks and production paperwork.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- 10-panel drug screen required.
- Open to second-chance candidates; no sexual, violent, or multiple offenses.
- Spanish-friendly work environment; Spanish-speaking candidates welcome.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Load components into equipment and assemble automotive brake components according to production standards.
- Load and unload parts into machining equipment.
- Monitor production equipment and maintain required cycle times.
- Load and unload parts during plating operations.
- Monitor process standards and move materials throughout production.
- Perform quality inspections and record production data.
- Identify and report quality or safety issues.
- Follow work instructions and production standards.
- Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete line changeovers and tool changes as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
