Crown Staffing is hiring Line Laborers for a busy warehouse operation in Lebanon, OH.
Line Laborer Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Hours may vary based on production demands

Line Laborer Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to perform continuous physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing 20–50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods without sitting
- Steel-toe boots are required
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
- Ability to work safely while maintaining productivity standards
- Must be comfortable with repetitive movement, including bending, twisting, and reaching
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Must be willing to work in Lebanon, OH
About the Line Laborer Role
As a Line Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Unloading automotive components from incoming shipments
- Removing packaging materials and preparing products for processing
- Inspecting materials for excess scrap or defects before production
- Using hand tools to remove unwanted materials from components
- Feeding products into designated production lines
- Maintaining a steady workflow to support production goals
- Performing repetitive lifting and material handling tasks throughout the shift
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following all workplace safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Communicating concerns or production issues to supervisors
- Assisting team members as needed to maintain operational efficiency
