Machine Operator – Job Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Operator to support production operations in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you will assist with chemical mixing, material handling, packaging, and equipment operation while helping maintain safe and efficient production processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or chemical handling experience who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals and raw materials according to production formulas and specifications
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment
• Operate production equipment and assist with water treatment operations as needed
• Follow daily production schedules and locate required materials for mixing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
• Monitor production processes and report any issues or concerns
• Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical mixing, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and instructions accurately
• Knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED preferred
