Warehouse Associate Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive a box truck for occasional deliveries
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or furniture handling experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling high-end products
- Ability to use basic hand tools for furniture assembly (tools provided)
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
About the Warehouse Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a high-end furniture warehouse in Louisville, KY. This role involves unboxing, assembling, inspecting, and preparing furniture for storage and delivery while maintaining quality standards and product care.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with furniture assembly, and willing to assist with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unbox and inspect high-end furniture products carefully
- Assemble furniture using provided tools
- Take photos of furniture to document condition and verify there is no damage
- Wrap and cover furniture to protect products during storage or transport
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture as needed
- Support occasional local deliveries using a company box truck
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Work with team members to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently
