Lead Installer
Louisville, KY
Pay: $17.50–$25.00/hour, based on experience and certifications

Lead Installer Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a similar skilled trade preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to work on ladders and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to complete required Radon Measurement and Mitigation certification courses; training provided
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial radon mitigation systems according to applicable state and national standards
- Perform radon and mold testing while ensuring accurate documentation and proper procedures
- Lead mold remediation projects while maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Schedule and coordinate part-time team members assisting with jobs
- Plan upcoming jobs to ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel are available
- Maintain inventory of radon fans, mitigation materials, and mold remediation supplies
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Perform basic maintenance on company tools and equipment
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
- Represent the company with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Perform additional duties as assigned
