Pay: $15.50/hour
Training Pay: $15.00/hour (first week)

Production Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Training Schedule (First Week)
- Monday – Friday
- 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Press / Washer Operator Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills (assessment required)
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ISO 9001 knowledge or experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Operate press and washer equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parts into production machinery
- Measure parts using gauges and accurately enter production data into computer systems
- Monitor production flow and identify issues that could impact efficiency
- Verify part numbers before processing and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Follow washer procedures for assigned products, including monitoring water levels and solution concentrations
- Ensure only one part number is processed at a time to maintain quality standards
- Follow ISO 9001 procedures and all workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
