Outside Sales Representative Job Details
Schedule: Full-time (Office each morning before traveling to customer accounts)
Pay Rate: $40,000-$50,000/year (DOE) plus uncapped commission

Outside Sales Representative Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize CRM/database software
- Professional appearance and adherence to business dress code
- Honest, dependable, and driven to exceed sales goals
About the Outside Sales Representative Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage customer accounts within an assigned territory
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, leads, and referrals
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Learn and sell a full line of document management products and services
- Utilize company technology to manage accounts and sales activities
- Prepare monthly sales, lease, prospect, and forecasting reports
- Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
