Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Captain.
Line Captain Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Walton, KY
Line Captain Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to accurately follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to line workers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Ability to follow cGMP and quality standards.
- Results-focused with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and perform at a high level.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members.
About the Line Captain Role
As a Line Captain, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the manufacturing of products and ensure the production line operates efficiently.
- Lead and provide guidance to line workers throughout daily production.
- Communicate effectively with production employees and team members.
- Ensure team members follow established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently.
- Follow and reinforce cGMP and quality standards.
- Maintain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift.
- Monitor production activities and help keep the line operating efficiently.
- Work independently while supporting overall team and organizational goals.
- Help maintain a high-quality, high-volume production environment.
- Follow all company safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures.
