Panel Builder Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr (Increases to $20.00/hr upon hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime available
Location: Florence Kentucky

Requirements of the Panel Builder
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lifts available)
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools required
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- No rideshares permitted
- Profile sheet required before consideration
- Background-friendly; no theft charges or registered sex offenders
- Must be willing to work overtime when available
Responsibilities of the Panel Builder
- Build insulated panels and doors according to specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with assembly and production processes
- Handle and move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
