Per Diem Registered Nurse – Med Surg
Versailles, KY
Pay: $29.00/hour
Per Diem Assignment | 13 weeks

Registered Nurse Requirements
- Current RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Med Surg nursing experience required
- Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation skills
- Experience working with IV pumps, patient monitoring equipment, medication administration systems, and EHR platforms
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and quality patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical-surgical nursing care to patients according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely
- Coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Operate IV pumps, patient monitoring equipment, medication systems, and other clinical tools as needed
- Support patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards throughout the shift
