Previous warehouse supervisory experience is required.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and training experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate employees while holding them accountable for performance and safety standards.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift.

Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.

Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Conduct regular safety observations and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards.

Coach, train, and mentor warehouse associates to improve performance and maintain a strong safety culture.

Assist with onboarding and training new employees.

Coordinate employee breaks and lunch schedules to maintain workflow and productivity.

Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline warehouse processes.

Work closely with management to achieve operational goals and production targets.

Address employee concerns professionally and foster a positive team environment.

Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
