Bilingual HR Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and HR information professionally.

About the Bilingual HR Coordinator Role
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain current candidate records and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and community events.
  • Lead new-hire orientations and support a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Process new employee paperwork and enter information accurately into HR systems.
  • Coordinate employee training and support compliance with workplace policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days.
  • Assist supervisors with employee performance and behavioral concerns.
  • Support workplace investigations and document disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Promote open communication and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout all HR activities.
  • Translate HR materials and communications between English and Spanish.
  • Support benefits administration, timekeeping, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
