Job Description
Polisher / Grinder
Monday – Thursday Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday Hours: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
/ $17.00 to $23.00 /hr
Polisher Grinder Requirements
- Must be capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the polishing department including but not limited to grinding and polisher stainless steel parts and equipment.
- Must be capable of using a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely and efficiently grind and polish materials
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and within a team focused work group with minimal supervision.
As a Polisher Grinder your responsibilities will include:
- Use a variety of methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to safely and efficiently grind and polish metal materials to meet required results.
- Polish components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Perform light maintenance on air powered tools to maintain maximum tool efficiency and report equipment faults for repairs.
- Responsible for perform Quality Assurance checks on work to ensure product specifications are quality maintained.
Experience: Metal Polishing: 3 years
