Crown Staffing is hiring Restoration Technicians for a restoration and remediation operation in Cincinnati, OH.
Restoration Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Weekend work may be required based on project needs
Pay Rate: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Restoration Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to drive between job sites throughout the workday
- Previous experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, or related restoration services preferred
- IICRC certifications such as WRT or ASD are highly preferred
- Strong carpentry skills including demolition, framing, and finishing preferred
- Ability to use restoration equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Strong documentation and computer skills required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and stable work history required
About the Restoration Technician Role
As a Restoration Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing restoration and cleanup services at residential and commercial properties
- Assisting with water, fire, mold, and general property damage restoration projects
- Operating restoration equipment, tools, and drying systems
- Completing demolition, cleanup, and reconstruction-related tasks as needed
- Documenting job progress through moisture readings, reports, and photographs
- Traveling between multiple job sites to support restoration projects
