Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Engineering Assistant Requirements/Qualifications
- AutoCAD experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook required
- SolidWorks experience is a plus
- Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Excellent phone, email, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Steel-toe boots required
- Resume required
- Interview may be required
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
About the Engineering Assistant Role
As an Engineering Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers to understand project and product requirements
- Creating custom pump configurations using AutoCAD
- Preparing bills of materials (BOMs) for customer orders
- Assisting with engineering documentation and project records
- Working closely with assembly and sales teams to troubleshoot issues
- Supporting customer service and technical inquiries
- Performing data entry and administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate project files and documentation
- Assisting with additional engineering-related tasks as assigned
