Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Assignment Length: Approximately 4 Months – Maternity Leave Coverage
Bilingual Translator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous translating or interpreting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Basic Microsoft Office and email skills required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and support multiple team members
About the Bilingual Translator Role
As a Bilingual Translator, your responsibilities will include:
- Translate conversations, documents, and communications between English and Spanish
- Assist Spanish-speaking employees with onboarding and orientation
- Interpret during meetings and employee interactions as needed
- Provide administrative and office support as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with employees and management
- Support HR and office operations during daily activities
- Perform additional office duties as assigned
