Line Lead – General Packaging Job Details
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (after ramp-up period)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Line Lead – General Packaging Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or production experience required
- Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead, train, and support a team of 5–6 associates
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Comfortable holding team members accountable and providing direction
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen (THC excluded; do not test for THC)
- National background check required (open to second chances; no violent or sexual offenses)
About the Line Lead – General Packaging Role
As a Line Lead – General Packaging, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, train, and support 5–6 packaging associates on the production line
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, labeled, and processed accurately
- Monitor workflow to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
- Address performance or quality issues and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with supervisors on staffing and production priorities
- Ensure proper use of RF scanners, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and production documentation
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Set the pace for productivity and lead by example
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
