Sprayer Job Details
Schedule: Full-time, overtime as required based on production needs
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Sprayer Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous industrial or paint spraying experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
About the Sprayer Role
As a Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:
- Apply paint, stain, and other coatings to products using spray equipment
- Prepare materials and surfaces prior to the application of coatings
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Adjust and maintain spray equipment for proper operation
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Complete additional duties as assigned
