Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Friday–Sunday: Friday 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (flexible as needed), Saturday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; optional 1–2 additional 4-hour shifts during the week (not to exceed 25 hours per week); overtime is mandatory when required
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hr (based on experience)

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified forklift operator (forklift certification/card required).
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen, background check, TSA background screening, and STA certification.
- Ability to provide two forms of ID during the screening process.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and inventory processes preferred.
- Knowledge of TSA/C-TPAT regulations and Dangerous Goods handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight while ensuring cargo accuracy and quality.
- Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, and documentation accuracy before receipt or release.
- Build, wrap, band, label, and prepare pallets for domestic and international shipment.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory, and shipping documentation.
- Screen, store, and handle cargo in compliance with TSA, DOT, and warehouse regulations.
- Assist with receiving, breaking down, and organizing freight while maintaining warehouse efficiency.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while supporting equipment maintenance.
