Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Material Handler.
Material Handler Job Details
Schedule: Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed. Shift differential available for off shifts.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Material Handler Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume or profile and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of distribution, shipping, and receiving experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or packaging experience in a food manufacturing environment or similar operation.
- Approximately 2 years of forklift experience preferred.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift and warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull 100+ lbs.
About the Material Handler Role
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials between production, packaging, and warehouse areas.
- Supply packaging lines with pallets and materials to maintain production efficiency.
- Move finished goods into warehouse storage and maintain raw material integrity.
- Load boxes and bags onto pallets while supporting packaging line operations.
- Assist with product dumping, packing operations, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Complete inventory counts, cycle counts, and required production paperwork.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and LOTO procedures.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and packaging operations to meet production goals.
