Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CNC Foam Machine Operator.
CNC Foam Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Overtime may be required.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

CNC Foam Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Experience operating CNC equipment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and limited G-code writing.
- Moderate computer skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Position is in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
About the CNC Foam Machine Operator Role
As a CNC Foam Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate CNC and CNC hotwire equipment to manufacture foam products.
- Read and interpret blueprints and product specifications.
- Set up and execute CNC and CNC hotwire programs.
- Perform limited G-code programming and machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment concerns.
- Maintain production records and follow work instructions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
