CNC Machine Operator Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: BOE
Location: Dry Ridge, KY

CNC Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications

Prior CNC machine setup and operation experience required
CNC lathe or machine operator experience required
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Experience programming CNC machines preferred
Experience operating a Cincinnati Turning Machine and programming an 850 Control is a plus
Welding experience is a plus
Steel toe boots required
Resume/profile required (interview may be required)
Background check required (client approval on applicable charges)
10-panel drug screen required

About the CNC Machine Operator Role

As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, and machining operations
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
Translate job specifications into machine programming and commands
Monitor machine operation and inspect finished products for quality
Make adjustments as needed to maintain production standards
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with team members to meet production goals
