Position Overview
Crown Staffing is currently hiring an energetic and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a busy warehouse operation. This position works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and corporate teams to ensure accurate order processing, customer support, reporting, and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, drivers, and visitors
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with issue resolution and customer communications
- Communicate shipment updates and delivery information to customers
Administrative & Reporting
- Enter data accurately and complete time-sensitive reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support invoicing and administrative processes
- Prepare customer delivery reports and operational updates
Warehouse Support
- Manage customer orders, inventory records, and material handling documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and track load progress
- Check drivers in and out of the facility
- Assign dock doors and coordinate driver traffic
- Print shipping documents and load paperwork
- Obtain release numbers, trailer information, and destination details
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- AS400 experience
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
