Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Operations Support Technician.

Operations Support Technician Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $60,000–$70,000/year
Location: Florence, KY

Operations Support Technician Requirements/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Welding experience required; welding certification and/or trade school completion preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of mechanical assembly experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude required.
  • Electrical background preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 requirements and continuous improvement methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–50% of the month based on business needs.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid CDL after hire.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, field sales, customer service, and management.

About the Operations Support Technician Role
As an Operations Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable technical support and service to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer support.
  • Perform customer preventative maintenance services.
  • Complete on-site warranty repairs and service.
  • Assist with equipment start-ups and major equipment installations.
  • Rebuild and maintain centrifuge RTA equipment and other company equipment.
  • Maintain field testing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and complete repairs to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers through phone and other communication methods.
  • Provide equipment application, modification, and warranty information.
  • Complete technical product reports and document product issues.
  • Support visiting customers during equipment field testing.
  • Coordinate with field sales, customer service, and sales management to address customer needs.
  • Plan work schedules and assignments based on customer demands.
  • Perform field testing and quality and safety audits as requested.
  • Travel to customer locations to provide technical services and support.
  • Handle additional service and technical requests from management as needed.
