Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Light Assembly / Refurbishment Associate.
Light Assembly / Refurbishment Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: West Chester, OH
Light Assembly / Refurbishment Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- No previous experience required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform light assembly, packaging, and material-handling tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures.
- Warehouse-appropriate and weather-appropriate clothing required.
- Jeans are permitted; sweatpants are not permitted.
- Closed-toe, comfortable shoes required; no open-toe shoes.
About the Light Assembly / Refurbishment Associate Role
As a Light Assembly / Refurbishment Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform light assembly and refurbishment work for various products and brands.
- Wrap and package products.
- Pick materials and products as needed.
- Tape and label items accurately.
- Follow work instructions and established safety guidelines.
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
